Fleet and trade, mobile EGR solutions for working vehicles

One van with an EGR fault is an annoyance. A fleet of them is a serious problem. When your Transit throws a fault code and drops into limp mode on the way to a job, you are not just losing a vehicle, you are losing a day, a contract, and the goodwill it took months to build.

At The EGR Specialist, we work directly with fleet operators, builders, logistics firms and tradespeople across Greater Manchester. We come to your yard, your depot or your site, and we work through your vehicles one by one. No need to ferry each van to a garage and wait for a slot. We bring the kit to you.

EGR faults and what they cost you

The EGR valve is one of the most common failure points on modern diesel engines. Soot builds up, the valve sticks, and the engine management system flags a fault. At best, you get a warning light. At worst, the vehicle goes into limp mode and will not leave the yard under its own steam.

For a sole trader running one van, that is bad enough. For a fleet operator with drivers to deploy and jobs to cover, it compounds fast. Labour costs, hire vehicle charges, unhappy customers, the downtime from a single EGR fault can easily cost more than the fix.

A fleet EGR delete via ECU remap eliminates the fault at source. The valve is physically blanked and the ECU is remapped to remove any reference to it. The result is a vehicle that runs cleanly, without limp mode risk from EGR-related faults.

Important: EGR delete is for off-road and track use only. Vehicles must not be used on public roads following this modification. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
