A vehicle fitted with an EGR delete does not comply with current UK road emissions requirements and must not be used on public roads following this modification. This removes part of the vehicle's original emissions control system from the engine management map. The owner is responsible for understanding the legal position and ensuring the vehicle is used only where the modification is permitted.
